What will your responsibilities be:

As a Service Manager Handyman (& HVAC), you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer requests (preventive maintenance and emergency repairs), analyzing their needs, and ensuring personalized follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Organizing interventions: situation analysis, team coordination, supplier contact, and spare parts ordering
• Preparing quotes and service offers, ensuring proper closure of interventions, and supervising invoicing
• Managing projects from A to Z: execution, reporting, safety, and compliance with quality standards
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of skilled technicians

Your skills and background:

• You are communicative, customer-oriented, and service-minded
• You have proven experience in team management and demonstrate flexibility and strong stress management
• You hold a technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and industry
• You are fluent in French and Dutch
