For our plant in Oudenaarde, Samsonite is looking for a driven and result-oriented Plant Assistant.

• You will assist in the preparation of reports.
• You answer and handle intercompany sales requests both by phone and mail.
• You organize appointments and manage calendars.
• You manage the document flow and maintain databases.
• You organize internal and external meetings and assist in the preparation of business trips.
• You carry out additional tasks if necessary.

Profiel kandidaat

• You are in possession of a Bachelor degree.
• You have a very good knowledge of English and Dutch (both verbal and written).
• You have excellent organizational and computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams, and other MS Office programs.  Knowledge of SAP is an asset or you are willing to learn this.
• You are problem solving and hands on and flexible.
• You are accurate and detail-oriented.
• You handle sensitive information confidentially.
• You have a great sense of responsibility and are able to take initiative.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an added bonus!
