Function description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you provide technical and production support services.

Tasks:
- Ensure optimal daily operation of machines and production lines.
- Tracking and removing technical defects from machines and tools.
- Preventive maintenance of equipment, machines and facilities.
- Indication of possible improvements.

Our client, based in Bredene, produces high quality Belgian chocolate, i.e. chocolates, seafood, seasonal specialties (Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas collections,...).

Tasks:
- Ensure optimal daily operation of machines and production lines.
- Tracking and removing technical defects from machines and tools.
- Preventive maintenance of equipment, machines and facilities.
- Indication of possible improvements.

Profile:
- Technical training in the area of electromechanics or equivalent.
- Passion for mechanics.
- Knowledge of quality procedures and instructions.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, welding techniques, PLC, production techniques.
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
- Resistance to stress and time pressure. - Great sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented manner.
- Accuracy, creativity, initiative.
 Positive attitude towards your work and employees.
- Good level of English or Dutch.
