Profiel kandidaat

We’re searching for a driven and passionate leader with the skills and experience to thrive in a high-energy restaurant environment. Here’s what you’ll need:

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.

• Proven track record in leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.

• Crisis management expertise and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Proficiency in English (+ Dutch, and French) for seamless team and guest communication.

• Highly autonomous and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.

Mindset:

• A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences.

• A natural entertainer with creativity and humor to make the restaurant a lively place.

• Accountability and ownership—you treat the restaurant as if it’s your own.

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):

• Experience in event management or B2B client interactions.

• Additional languages or networking skills to strengthen partnerships.
