In your role as FP&A and Business Control manager:
- You steer the planning process, including the preparation of budgets and forecasts. You develop and manage the group's annual (financial) business plan, investment plan, long-term financial model and multi-year scenarios, taking into account compliance regulations
- In close collaboration with the EPMO department, you design various aspects of the strategic cycle
- You advise our management in the planning and business control activities
- You develop a long-term financial model and an efficient management control system for the group
- You focus on long-term cash planning and identify financial needs
- In consultation with your colleagues, you set up a common business language and provide tools and systems for the organisational planning and control activities
- You ensure the further set-up of the Finance Business Partnering function
- You are responsible for relevant policy reporting, making adequate information available
- You review the financial processes and tools within both the Finance department and the rest of the organisation
- You review and optimise the working capital processes, in close cooperation with other departments including Operations

Geboden wordt
You can count on an interesting and varied function with stimulating responsibilities and room for new initiatives. Furthermore, we offer you an attractive salary package including meal vouchers, extra-legal pension, hospitalization & disability insurance and a company car. The FP&A and Business Controlling manager position has a level 10 salary scale. The overview of our salary levels can be found in our overall package.
If during the selection procedure it appears that the candidate is well motivated, but does not yet have sufficient skills, knowledge and/or experience to take on the full range of tasks, the candidate is recruited in a lower salary level and a growth & learning path is offered. The employee will then receive a salary in level 9. Upon realization of this growth path, the salary of a higher level will be awarded, without having to participate in another selection.

Profiel kandidaat
- You obtained a master's degree with specialisation in Finance or Accounting (Applied Economics or Commercial Engineering) or equivalent through experience
- You have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- You have a thorough knowledge of financial concepts and procedures, management techniques and business information processes
- Experience with M&A and/or other strategic partnerships as well as corporate finance in an international context is an asset
- Experience with financial planning and control within a project and maintenance management environment is also an asset
- You have experience in implementing new controlling processes and know how to balance between what must and what can be!
- You think and act conceptually and strategically and use a helicopter view with an eye for important details and integrate future challenges in your vision
- You know how to proactively build an internal and external network
- You are customer-oriented, team-oriented, result- and change-oriented
- You have excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and empathy
- Depending on the situation, you know how to use one of the following leadership roles: inspirer, entrepreneur, daredevil or coach. Making others grow and taking them along in change gives you energy
