The Diegem-based sales office, employing 20 people, is part of the international organization Leica Geosystems, with headquarters in Switzerland. Our company offers products and services for capturing, analyzing and presenting geographic information, ranging from a simple scanner for volume computation or field marking to a complete 3D machine control with GPS or Total Station. This branch does not only provide for the sales, but also for supporting customers and maintaining equipment.
In your role of Customer Care Coordinator you are part of a small but motivated and dynamic team at the customer care department. Together with your colleagues and the responsible Operations Manager you always try to offer to our customer the best service and quality within the vast package of products and services. You consider quality of paramount importance when carrying out your job. You love telephone and face-to-face contacts with our customers. Furthermore, you are a flexible person and a real problem solver and you like to communicate with your colleagues and customers in an open and correct way.
You are fascinated by the measuring equipment sector and you are proud to be part of our team of specialists in Belgium, this in the context of an international group.Β
