For our client, an international logistics service provider, we are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for the Food business unit.

This department in Kallo processes food semi-finished products for their customers. Daily logistics operations take place in the warehouses, such as packaging, storage, warehouse management, and bulk handling of materials.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you are the point of contact for your team and ensure that orders are processed smoothly on the work floor.

A selection of your responsibilities:

• Together with your team, you carry out daily operations on the floor;

• You monitor both the production and warehouse areas;

• You assist with loading and unloading of goods;

• You operate the forklift and reach truck;

• You monitor stock levels and handle necessary registrations and corrections;

• You help ensure that the set KPIs are achieved;

• You engage in regular communication with your team;

• You communicate with the Supervisors, Warehouse Manager, and Terminal Manager.

Profiel kandidaat

As a Working Team Leader, we are looking for the following profile:

• You speak and write Dutch and English;

• You already have leadership experience in a warehouse environment;

• You hold a valid forklift and reach truck certificate;

• You are willing and able to work a fixed late shift;

• Flexibility and stress resistance are second nature to you.
