Our fast-growing client has been active in the energy sector for several years and has sites in Wallonia and Flanders.

As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing SEO strategy and SEA campaigns for products in sectors such as energy and telecoms. You will report directly to your line manager, the Digital Performance Manager, and work with both technical and editorial teams. The main goals for the SEO & SEA Specialist are to increase online traffic, improve conversions and increase brand visibility and awareness on search engines. 


SEO (On-page, Off-page)

• Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page) to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic;
• Conduct audits and define thematic clusters and semantic cocoons;
• Monitor indexing and improve performance related to qualified traffic and brand visibility in the SERPs;
• Perform competitive analyses and research strategic opportunities;
• Collaborate with and support the editorial team in applying SEO best practices in writing blog articles;
• Define a back-link strategy: monitor gained and lost links and establish partnerships for backlinking campaigns.

Technical SEO optimization

• Identify and implement site optimization strategies (including log analysis and crawls);
• Track development requests with the technical team (loading times, schema.org tags, sitemap, etc.).

• Implement and optimize SEA campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and social media advertising campaigns;
• Write and optimize creative and impactful ads;
• Participate in the creation of remarketing and targeting strategies and be responsible for their implementation;
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust to improve ROI.
