Our client need that special someone to take ownership of their office and be the indispensable right hand to their senior management. In this varied hybrid role, you won't just be doing admin; you'll be running the show. No two days are the same! Here is a sneak peek at what your adventure will look like:
- Master of Schedules: You’ll effortlessly juggle calendars, meetings, and appointments for their senior stakeholders.
- Travel Guru: Coordinating business trips and travel arrangements across Europe like a pro.
- Event Extraordinaire: From cozy internal catch-ups to impactful external events, you make them happen.
- Content Creator: Whipping up sleek presentations, reports, and meeting documents.

Profiel kandidaat
- You have at least 2 years of experience under your belt as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
- You speak and write English flawlessly (it’s the daily working language!), and your French is solid (at least B2 level).
- You are a natural multitasker with top-notch organizational skills.
- "Proactive" is your middle name; you spot solutions before anyone else even sees the problems.
- You have an eagle eye for detail and know exactly how to handle confidential information.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) has absolutely no secrets from you.
- You thrive in an international, multicultural melting pot!
