We are looking for Technicians for Ciner Glass in Lommel.

Depending on your interests and background, you may be eligible for one of the following roles:

• Mechanical Technician
• Electrical Technician

Depending on the direction you choose, the specific requirements and conditions will differ.

• A diploma in a technical field
• Technical insight and problem-solving ability
• Several years of experience in a maintenance or technical support role, ideally within a production or industrial environment
• Strong technical knowledge, with expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, department heads, and external suppliers
• The ability to work independently as well as in cooperation with other departments and teams
• Willingness to work in a 6-shift system (see below)

Technicians in Utilities:

• Work in a fixed day shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Technicians in Production:

• Once the production starts, you will work in a 6-shift system, taking into account your biorhythm and family life (see below).
• You will also receive a shift allowance that varies between 5% and 35% depending on the shift.
• 2 out of 6 weeks in day shifts
• 4 out of 6 weekends off

Example: 6-shift work schedule:

• W1: Mon to Fri: 8 AM – 4 PM | Weekend off
• W2: Mon to Fri: 8 AM – 4 PM | Weekend off
• W3: Mon to Fri: 12 AM – 8 AM | Weekend off
• W4: Mon to Wed: 4 PM – 12 AM | Thu & Fri: off | Sat & Sun: 8 PM – 8 AM
• W5: Mon to Fri: off | Sat & Sun: 8 AM – 8 PM
• W6: Mon to Wed: off | Thu & Fri: 4 PM – 12 AM | Sat & Sun: off
