This international player provides tailored logistics services for the food industry. On the site in Kallo, a no-nonsense culture prevails, where teamwork, autonomy, and responsibility are key.
Are you looking for a leadership role where you can combine hands-on work with team coordination? For an international logistics service provider specialized in the food industry, we are looking for a Teamleader for the fixed late shift at their site in Kallo.
What will you do?
- Start as an operator to get to know the operations inside out and grow into a hands-on teamleader role.
- Lead a team of 15 to 20 operators.
- Oversee daily operations smoothly across both warehouse tasks and various production lines (repackaging, blending, etc.).
- Monitor productivity and ensure all preparations are done on time for the next day.
- Collaborate closely with other teamleaders, the warehouse manager, and the supervision team.
- Step in as an operator during busy periods or when extra hands are needed (not a daily standard).

Profiel kandidaat
Who are you?
- You have some experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or production environment.
- You are fluent in English, every other language is a plus.
- You keep a clear overview, can switch quickly between tasks, and take responsibility easily.
- You hold a forklift and reach truck certification.
- You thrive working a fixed late shift (14:00 – 22:00).
- You like to get involved and help out, especially during start-up and busy times.
