What will your responsibilities be?

As a Team Leader…

Your tasks:

• You start your day by receiving assignments and instructions from the client and clearly translating them to your team.
• You actively participate in the work and motivate your team to deliver high-quality results.
• You assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure a positive working atmosphere.
• You check completed work: quality, completeness, hygiene, and safety.
• You carry out quality and safety checks on materials, machines, and stock.
• You technically review the work and ensure correct allocation of performance codes.
• You ensure proper use of color codes, materials, and procedures.
• You manage and maintain planning in Excel and coordinate with the team and supervisors.
• You follow up administrative data: time tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• You monitor stock, materials, and site needs.
• You are the first point of contact for operational questions.
• You build a strong relationship with the client and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• You analyze work methods, detect deviations, and propose improvements.

Your profile

• You work analytically, accurately, and in a structured way.
• You are administratively strong and comfortable with Excel and digital tools.
• You have technical insight and can ensure quality standards.
• You are confident and able to provide clear feedback.
• Experience in cleaning or industrial sectors is a plus.
• VCA, working at heights, confined spaces, and manhole watch certification are advantages.
• You are customer-oriented, professional, and communicative.
• You speak and write Dutch fluently and also speak French.
• Safety is a natural priority for you.
