• HR Managers & Business Partners work closely with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

• People Solutions uses data and insights to design strategic HR solutions and foster a high-performance culture.

• People Experience ensures smooth operations across HR services, supporting employees with systems and administrative excellence.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and international HR environment. You’ll collaborate with our People Solutions team to attract and engage top talent, while also supporting key initiatives around employer branding and recruitment excellence.

• Assist in sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle: screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates

• Help create a positive candidate experience through proactive and professional communication

• Contribute to employer branding activities, including social media campaigns and job fairs

• Maintain data accuracy in our HR systems and assist with recruitment reporting

• Participate in talent acquisition projects and support process improvement initiatives

• Help coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
