Description
What will be your tasks?:
- Facilitate operations by managing bookings, including extra/ad hoc requests.
- Oversee container management and outbound goods flow.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (warehouse, planning, transport, supply).
- Coordinate daily operations with K&N and GTS.
- Monitor and control KPIs for shunting activities and driver compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Perform regular yard inspections.
- Support yard safety and site management.
- Lead small-scale improvement initiatives and execute Kaizen action plans.
- Drive efficiency in daily operations
TPCE (Toyota Parts Centre Europe) is het Europees Distributiecentrum van Toyota. Het levert Toyota & Lexus– onderdelen aan Europese distributeurs. Verder belevert Toyota ook rechtstreeks aan garages/dealers in België, Luxemburg, Nederland, Duitsland en Noord – Frankrijk. In Diest worden de ingevoerde auto – onderdelen van Toyota en Lexus gestockeerd en worden de bestellingen voor de dealers en distributeurs klaargemaakt en verzonden. TPCE is een geautomatiseerd verdeelcentrum van auto onderdelen.
Profile
Who are you?:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree and have 5 years of experience in operational processes.
- You are fluent in English.
- Technical knowledge of large-scale retail operations and on-site activities.
- Technical understanding of logistics and administrative processes.
- Previous experience with TBP, TPS, 5Cs, and FMDS (training will be provided for the latter).
- Project management experience is not required but considered a plus.
