As a Senior Account Manager for the Financial Services an Insurance sector, you will operate as a true Trusted Advisor for your customers. You will listen to their needs, analyze them, and co-create customized and innovative solutions. Your strength lies in your technology-independent approach. Thanks to our leading technology stacks, you will be able to offer the most specialized solutions. You will also leverage your extensive network to efficiently engage resources.
In this role, you will have a clear purpose: to further grow your customer and prospect portfolio with our solutions and build stable long-term relationships, becoming their partner.
Your role will focus on business development, where you actively identify opportunities, convert leads into long-term collaborations, and create added value for both your customers and the company.
You will be responsible for:
- Proactively identify and chase new business opportunities within your customer portfolio and prospects.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to foster loyalty and trust.
- Keenly follow up on your customers' businesses, understand the trends that impact them, and stay aware of the competitive landscape.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest technological trends and possibilities, translating these into relevant and inspiring solutions for your customers.
Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit by actively contributing to the growth and development of the Financial Services and Insurance sector within the company.
Qualifications- You thrive on selling solutions & services.
- You are passionate about following the latest trends and translating them into relevant and inspiring solutions for your customers and prospects.
- You use all your sales and networking skills to get top-of-mind at your customers and target audience.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills.
- You ensure predictability and accuracy in pipeline management.
- You are a team player and orchestrator, able to work closely with our Business Units to support and deliver services by onboarding and engaging them on due time.
- You are open to working in an international environment, leveraging the group's capabilities, even though your sales area will be Belgium.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Having an existing network in the Financial Services and Insurance Sector is a must.
- You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to contribute to the growth and success of the sector within the company.
