Your Role
As a Procurement Officer / Junior Strategic Buyer, you will play a key role within our Supply Chain team. You will combine operational procurement responsibilities with supply chain analysis and improvement initiatives, helping to drive efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Management
• Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across international markets.
• Support contract negotiations and supplier agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, quality, and service levels.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure accurate procurement data and documentation within ERP systems.

Supply Chain Evaluation & Optimization

• Analyze and evaluate supply chain performance through KPIs and reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies across procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Develop recommendations to improve cost efficiency, lead times, inventory management, and service levels.
• Support continuous improvement and digitalization projects.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Prepare analyses and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to building a scalable and future-proof supply chain.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Initial experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations is an asset.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel and interested in data analysis and ERP systems.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A passion for cycling or sports is considered a strong advantage.
