Your Responsibilities
As an Operations Leader, you play a key role within our organization.
You report to the Operations Manager and take on a wide variety of tasks:

Project and client management: you ensure smooth operations and maintain full control over all commercial, technical, and operational aspects

Client relationship management: you build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and make sure their needs are always the top priority

Results-driven approach: you monitor the site’s turnover and profitability, keeping a close eye on project progress

People management: you lead a team of workers with enthusiasm and expertise — recruitment, training, process optimization, innovation, and team spirit are part of your daily routine

Contract negotiations and project planning: you handle negotiations, prepare offers, plan projects, and maintain client relationships, including quality checks and invoicing

Innovation and continuous improvement: with your eye for efficiency, you help improve working methods and resource use to boost productivity
Your Profile
We’re looking for a driven, dynamic team player who’s not afraid to take responsibility. You hold a higher non-university degree and have leadership experience in the facility services or cleaning sector.
