Your role as Operations Coordinator
As an Operations Coordinator Cleaning, you report to the Operations Leader and form part of the Iris Facility Solutions team.
You work in the region of Leuven – Tienen – Tongeren
This is an operational, varied and hands-on field role — not an office job.
You will be responsible for:
Operational follow-up & inspections

Performing site visits and quality checks
-
Ensuring the correct execution of cleaning tasks and work methods

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures
Team management & recruitment
-
Recruiting and selecting new employees
-
Starting up, training and guiding new cleaning staff
-
Motivating, leading and supporting your team
Planning & administration
-
Following up and adjusting schedules
-
Registering and reporting performance and operational data
-
Managing orders and stock
Helping hands-on when needed
-
Supporting cleaning tasks yourself in exceptional situations
Customer relations

Acting as the first point of contact for the customer

Building a professional collaboration and contributing to customer satisfaction
Your talents and background
You…
-
have a category B driving licence
-
speak and write Dutch fluently
-
have basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
-
have experience in a supervisory or leadership role
-
preferably have experience with cleaning techniques (asset)
-
are operationally minded, customer-oriented and flexible
-
enjoy a mobile role, working closely with teams and on the field
