As our Office Assistant, you’ll be the engine behind the smooth running of the office. You take care of the details so the rest of the team can shine. From operations and hospitality to administration and communication—you’re involved in it all.
Here’s a taste of your day-to-day:
- Office organization: You handle all practical office needs, from ordering supplies to coordinating maintenance and liaising with suppliers. You make sure everything’s in place—literally.
- Front office duties: You welcome clients and guests, manage incoming calls and mail, and keep the reception running professionally and smoothly.
- Admin support: Whether it’s digital or on paper, you help with newsletters, filing, archiving, preparing communications, and managing posts for the website.
- Event coordination: You help organize internal meetings and small-scale events with flair and precision.
- And of course, plenty of variety and ad hoc support wherever needed.
