We're hiring skilled CNC machinists (both turning and milling) for a top-tier metalworking company near Ghent. This company invests not only in state-of-the-art machinery, but also in their people — offering great pay, support, and a welcoming team.
Are you an experienced CNC Turner or Miller ready for an exciting career in Belgium? Do you want to work on unique, high-precision projects in a modern, clean workshop? Then this opportunity is for you!
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC turning or milling machines
- Program CNC machines directly at the panel using G-codes (Fanuc / ISO)
- Machine precision components from different steel types – no mass production!
- Measure and verify parts to ensure accuracy
- Keep your workspace clean and safe
Geboden wordt
- Gross hourly wage from €18.50 + 10% shift premium
- Net weekly salary around €613
- Mobility bonus depending on your commute
- Clear salary growth based on experience & performance
- Holiday bonus and end-of-year bonus

Profiel kandidaat
- Experience in CNC turning or milling (Fanuc or similar controls)
- Ability to read technical drawings and work independently
- Confident in programming directly on the machine (ISO)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to improve
- Comfortable working shifts
- Communicate well in English
