IT Service Desk (for 3 months)

You'll be responsible for supporting 11 automotive inspection stations and 4 exam centres from A.I.B.V.

To replace a colleague from the beginning of June to the end of August, we are looking for an IT Support to join our team of 5 team members in Zellik.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incidents and problems.
• Providing support.
• Troubleshooting printer issues.
• Installing software in Zellik and other locations.
• etc.

Geboden wordt

• Working hours : 6h45 to 15u15 or 8u30 h to 17 h, changing from week to week to be agreed among collegues.
• Friendly atmosphere in a growing company (450 employees).

Profiel kandidaat

• Experience in IT and IT support 
  • Windows domain environment and recent Windows operating systems
  • Server and network technologies
  • Active Directory
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including IPv4, routing
  • Ability to clearly describe and diagnose technical issues
• Fluency in French and Dutch (oral and written) and proficiency in English.
• Strong Team player.
• Good communication and strong phone skills and ability to handle customer inquiries.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (category B).
