This includes gathering information from all involved parties, analyzing the data to determine where and why issues occurred, and proposing solutions to prevent future incident. Always in alignment with customer expectations and approvals.
- You will maintain regular, direct communication with customers through calls and occasional on-site meetings. Internally, you will work closely with teams such as the warehouse, customer service, sales, etc...

DHL Global Forwarding plays a crucial role in international trade.
They enable customers to distribute their products around the globe—whether by air, ocean, or road.
Thanks to their strong partnerships with airlines and shipping lines, they ensure that all types of goods reach their destination on time: the medicines you take, the clothes you wear, the chocolate you enjoy, the new mirror on your car, the construction crane in your street, and even vaccines. Many of these products travel across continents before arriving where they’re needed.
DHL Global Forwarding lives by four core values: Passion, Excellence, Entrepreneurship, and Team.
Profile- You have prior administrative experience, ideally within the logistics sector.

- A permanent contract with a competitive salary, attractive fringe benefits, and a generous holiday package.
- A 39-hour work week with the option for remote work after your onboarding period.
