As an HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• You will handle HR administrative tasks and support employees with their HR-related questions;
• You will manage and update employee data, as well as file and archive HR documents;
• You will support HR Business Partners in the recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and employee departure processes;
• You will lead and participate in HR projects, either independently or in collaboration with the HR team;
• You will provide administrative support to the office and coordinate business travel arrangements.

An international company located in the Liège region.

Your HR Coordinator profile matches the following criteria:

• You have a degree or training related to the role;
• You have several years of experience in HR or general administration;
• You have a very good command of English and French, both spoken and written;
• You enjoy working in an international environment;
• You are rigorous, organized, reliable, with a sense of responsibility and service.

This HR Coordinator position includes:

• A full-time or 4/5 temporary assignment (freelance possible);
• A flexible schedule, ideally starting between 8:30 and 9:00 am;
• An attractive salary including meal vouchers and 80% transport allowance;

• The possibility of working remotely after training.
