Are you an analytical talent with a passion for finance? For a leading player in the automotive sector located in Puurs, we are looking for a Financial Controller. In this challenging role, you will analyse financial results, monitor risks, and support management in optimising processes.

What will you be doing?
As a Financial Controller, you will take on a diverse and challenging set of responsibilities, including:

• Analysing financial results and discussing these insights with regional management.
• Optimising processes related to ongoing operations and gross profit.
• Developing initiatives aimed at improving overall profitability.
• Ensuring an up?to?date SAP structure and maintaining accurate forecasts.
• Preparing budgets using SAP BPC tools.
• Representing the organisation in local management meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with financial processes and supporting audit activities.
• Supporting cost control efforts and handling various ad?hoc tasks.

Profiel kandidaat

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a finance-related field.
• You have at least an initial experience in finance, for example as a consultant or financial controller.
• Experience with audits is considered an asset.
• You have strong Excel skills; experience with SAP is a plus.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• You are a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• You have a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset and feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
