Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the key link between customers, sales, and internal departments. You manage the entire sales process from A to Z and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Your main responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
- Process orders from input to invoicing.
- Monitor delivery dates and pricing with precision.
- Ensure accurate administrative handling of all files.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Support the sales team with reports and overviews.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and other internal teams.
- Use your accuracy and proactive mindset to keep everything running smoothly and keep customers satisfied.

Profiel kandidaat
Your Profile
We are looking for a medior-level professional with strong administrative skills and a talent for languages.
You bring:
- Experience in a commercial support or administrative role with customer interaction.
- Knowledge of the order-to-cash process.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; Dutch is a plus.
- A structured, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant approach.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A hands-on mentality and a collaborative attitude.
