As part of the development of the Industry sector team, we are looking to strengthen the team. You will participate in on both client activities as internal activities supporting the growth of our Industry sector team within Inetum Consulting:

Inetum consulting is looking for a (Senior) business consultant to strengthen the Industry sector team You will participate in on both client activities as internal activities supporting the growth of our Industry sector team within Inetum Consulting. We are interested in people with proven track records in delivering mid-large scale digital projects. We believe in people we hire, we encourage people to take ownership by given them the right support, environment and tools to be successful at Inetum.

You will execute & lead project assignments, including, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, business analysis, implementation roadmaps etc. Following the assignment, you will take up team lead roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively within the Industry Sector team to support the growth, expand our offering and participate to seminars, publications,….

Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate within the Inetum Consulting global business line.

• Carrying out projects to improve operational performance,
• Assisting the project owner or Program Manager on major digital transformation programmes,
• Strategic framing and optimisation of business processes,
• Implementation of master plans,
• Support for the implementation of information systems.

• You hold a master degree from engineering or business school
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry gained within a consulting firm focused on Industrial Operations Excellence.
• You have actively participated in cross-functional projects to improve industrial performance.
• Your experience, skills, and communication abilities allow you to manage project teams at our key clients.
• Your ability to propose solutions enables you to assert yourself on high-value-added business topics with Industrial and General Management.
• Your interest in ERP tools, MES solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies is a differentiating plus.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French and English and proficient in Dutch or French at least professionally, allowing you to conduct workshops in an international environment.
