You'll be responsible for supporting 11 automotive inspection stations and 4 exam centres from A.I.B.V.
To replace a colleague from the beginning of June to the end of August, we are looking for an IT Support to join our team of 5 team members in Zellik.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incidents and problems.
- Providing support.
- Troubleshooting printer issues.
- Installing software in Zellik and other locations.
- etc.
Profiel kandidaat
- Experience in IT and IT support
- Windows domain environment and recent Windows operating systems
- Server and network technologies
- Active Directory
- Understanding of networking concepts, including IPv4, routing
- Ability to clearly describe and diagnose technical issues
- Fluency in French and Dutch (oral and written) and proficiency in English.
- Strong Team player.
- Good communication and strong phone skills and ability to handle customer inquiries.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (category B).
Geboden wordt
- Working hours : 6h45 to 15u15 or 8u30 h to 17 h, changing from week to week to be agreed among collegues.
