Nobi is a fresh and healthy fusion brand built on growth, intuition, and quality. We're expanding in Belgium and the South of the Netherlands and looking for passionate, independent operators (franchisees/licensees) who want to run their own sushi shop or in-store location under the Nobi brand.

Who We’re Looking For
- Self-employed or ready to become self-employed
- Able to bridge Eastern-Asian and Western (Anglo-Saxon) cultures
- Ideally a duo or couple with a passion for both food and entrepreneurship
- Proven experience as a sushi chef, with a strong sense of presentation and quality
- Willing to live near the shop location
- Driven by quality, taste, personal growth, and strong customer connections
