As Operations Director, you will oversee the daily management of a team of 10 District Managers and dietitians across Belgium. You will guide their development, support their growth, and ensure they achieve their targets. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction and service quality, consistently striving to optimize the client experience and maintain high retention. People management is central to your role: you’ll work to keep your team motivated, performing at their best, and continuously improving.

You will report directly to the CEO of Aramark Belgium and collaborate closely with the CFO to oversee and manage the operational budget, ensuring financial efficiency within the operational departments.

Profiel kandidaat

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in catering, hotel, food service, or hospitality.
  • Proven expertise in people management, inspiring teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with a track record in customer retention and service quality.
  • Excellent knowledge of operational budget management.
  • Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Hands-on, results-driven, with a passion for improving and optimizing operational processes.
