This is a position within our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing department. If you love creating high-quality and engaging content to drive an excellent customer experience for several Samsonite brands (Samsonite, American Tourister, Lipault, Gregory), we want you on our team!
The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating and optimizing compelling digital content across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to organize, shoot, structure, upload and deliver high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and target audience preferences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of product photography, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure the timely and seamless delivery of captivating visual content.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of a young and dynamic Digital team and have the possibility to interact with many other departments as country teams or the Brand marketing teams.
Examples of Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
OPTIMIZE OUR DIGITAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
ASSET ORGANISATION & MANAGEMENT
? Responsible for organizing, cataloging, and maintaining the organization's digital assets, ensuring they are properly stored, tagged, and easily accessible in our digital asset management system
? Facilitate the distribution of digital assets to internal stakeholders, external partners, or clients as needed
? Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all content before publishing
? Collaborate closely with photographers, product managers and other stakeholders to integrate digital content into various digital channels, including websites, social media, and digital advertising
? Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization to enhance the organization's digital asset management capabilities and support its business objectives.
CONTENT PRODUCTION
? Identifying gaps in the content production and customer journeys
? Ensure consistent visual branding and adherence to brand guidelines in all content
? Organize and coordinate internal content shoots, ensuring proper planning, scheduling, and execution
? Search, coordinate and seed Influencers & Creators on a regular basis in order to generate more reach and create fresh content
? Plan, outline, write, and proofread content for our travel blogs across Europe
? Write, coordinate and publish press releases by putting together media kits
? Ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality
? Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital visual content
Specific Qualifications/Abilities: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent online marketing/project experience
? Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple photoshoots, projects, and deadlines concurrently
? First experience in coordinating online content (video, photography,...)
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering visually appealing and high-quality content
? Knowledge of digital asset management systems (Salsify) is a plus
? Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
? Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey requirements
? Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their requirements imagery
? Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects,... is a plus
? Hands-on mentality
? Good writing skills
? Fluent storytelling skills, presentation design, and a refined finesse across digital channels
? Critical-thinker and problem-solver
? Fluency in English (Dutch or French is an asset)
? Deadline-oriented; experience at getting projects done quickly, with high standards of quality
? Ability to multi-task
