Are you a student looking for a full-time assignment in Brussels for 3 weeks and eager to gain experience in an international office environment? Then this opportunity could be perfect for you!
- Location: Brussels
- Period: October 26th until November 13th
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (4:30 PM on Fridays with a 30-minute lunch break)
- Full-time | 39.5 hours/week
Your responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact at reception and support the Office Manager with various operational tasks.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate contacts
- Handle incoming and outgoing parcels, letters, and deliveries
- Coordinate taxi bookings for employees and visitors
- Manage meeting room bookings and calendars
- Prepare meeting rooms for client meetings, including snacks and beverages
- Organize catering and lunches when required
