Your responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department and ensure accurate follow-up of HR processes.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, sending invitations, and handling administrative follow-up.
- Coordinate practical arrangements for candidates, such as travel bookings and hotel reservations, and welcome them professionally during their visit.
- Assist with training and development administration and respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and candidates.
