Your responsibilities as an Office Manager:
- You are the first point of contact in the office, warmly welcoming employees and visitors. You also ensure a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues and contribute to an outstanding workplace experience.
- You organise staff events, team-building activities and initiatives that foster employee engagement, team spirit and a positive company culture.
- You coordinate health, safety and wellbeing initiatives, ensure compliance with Belgian regulations and arrange relevant prevention and safety training.
- You oversee the day-to-day office operations, including supplier management, facilities, meeting rooms, office supplies, catering and other services that support a productive working environment.
- You maintain relationships with suppliers, follow up on orders and invoices, and provide administrative and organisational support to the management team.

Profile
Do you recognise yourself in the following profile of an Office Manager?
- You have experience in Office Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a similar support role.
- You combine a service-oriented and welcoming attitude with a professional demeanour and a hands-on approach.
- You have an excellent command of English, together with a good knowledge of Dutch or French.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and feel comfortable working with a variety of administrative tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and/or experience with fleet management would be considered a strong asset.
