Your Role

As a Site Supervisor, you're in charge of the day-to-day operations on site and the coordination of your team.

• You’ll be guided by experienced colleagues who’ll share their know-how and support your growth.

• You take ownership of delivering high-quality work within the set deadlines.
• Naturally, you keep an eye on planning, propose hands-on solutions, and ensure safety is never compromised.
• You actively join site meetings and make sure reporting is spot-on.
  

Your Profile

• You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
• You’ve got strong communication and organizational skills – and know how to get things done.
• You’re fluent in Dutch and have a solid basic knowledge of English and/or French.
