We are seeking an enthusiastic Help Desk Support professional to join a vibrant organization in the entertainment sector, located in the heart of Brussels.
As Help Desk Support, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues facing IT challenges. You’ll work in a small, close-knit team supporting approximately 200 users.
Your responsibilities include:
First-line support: Handling inquiries via phone, email, and a ticketing system.
Troubleshooting: Resolving login issues, printer problems, and other IT-related challenges.
Project assistance: Collaborating with the IT Manager on various IT and multimedia projects.
Multimedia support: Assisting with audiovisual systems (training provided).
Documentation: Accurately maintaining records of processes and solutions.
Flexible hours: Willing to work late shifts (until 10-11 PM) three times a week.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and Windows environments.
Friendly, communicative, and not afraid to ask questions.
Detail-oriented in documentation and a true team player.
Interest in both IT and multimedia (audio/video).
