Key Responsibilities

Hard Skills & Requirements
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience as a developer with expertise in large-scale databases.
- Programming Expertise: Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Elixir, Ruby, or Python.
- Web Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and UI frameworks.
- TDD Practitioner: Strong commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Unix Skills: Comfortable with a Unix shell environment.
- Security Focused: Experience working in ISO 27001-certified environments.
- Agile Development: Familiar with Agile methodologies and continuous deployment processes.
- GitHub Profile: Active contributor with projects showcased on GitHub.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Curious and eager to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team (a plus).
