As a Lead Consultant OT Security, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our OT security solutions. You will combine technical expertise with strategic insight to support clients in protecting their operational technology and industrial systems against cyber threats. You will work closely with clients, lead projects, and play a key role in business development and presales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the vision for OT Security within our business unit, focusing on growth and innovation.
• Business Development: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities while building strong relationships with clients in industrial and operational environments.
• Presales Activities: Support the sales team by providing expertise, preparing proposals, and demonstrating the value of our OT security solutions to potential clients.
• Project Execution: In addition to business development and presales, take an active role in executing projects, being directly involved in delivery and implementation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the overarching Solution Manager and other experts across focus solutions to ensure a cohesive and innovative portfolio strategy.

To qualify for this position, you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in OT security or industrial cybersecurity, with knowledge of SCADA, ICS, and industrial networks.
• Understanding of OT-specific threats and risks, with experience in frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NIST CSF.
• Technical expertise in network security, segmentation, and OT-specific solutions.
• Strong background in business development, presales, and project execution.
• A visionary mindset with the ability to drive strategic growth.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends
