JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide IT technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

PROFILE DESCRIPTION
- IT Degree
- Minimum 2 years in as an IT support Engineer
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Fluent in French and English languages, spoken and written
