 Who We’re Looking For

• Self-employed or ready to become self-employed
• Able to bridge Eastern-Asian and Western (Anglo-Saxon) cultures
• Ideally a duo or couple with a passion for both food and entrepreneurship
• Proven experience as a sushi chef, with a strong sense of presentation and quality
• Willing to live near the shop location
• Driven by quality, taste, personal growth, and strong customer connections
