TENDER/BID COORDINATOR(Trilingual)
As Bid Coordinator, you'll lead the company’s tender process from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop persuasive, compliant proposals that resonate with clients. Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-End Management: Oversee the full tender lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate submissions.
- Craft Compelling Proposals: Create and review documents that showcase our payment solutions effectively.
- Negotiate and Build Relationships: Engage in client negotiations and maintain strong partnerships.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure regulatory adherence and proactively address potential risks.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and identify new tender opportunities across Belgium and SEPA.
- Report Progress: Provide regular updates to the Management Committee.
