Description
Job Description
In this role, you will play a central part in processing and managing customer orders within an international environment. You will ensure smooth administrative handling while monitoring quality, timelines, and communication throughout the entire order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the complete order process from request to delivery
- Process sales orders and quotations in SAP with a strong focus on accuracy
- Liaise with internal departments regarding product availability, deliveries, and invoicing
- Prepare and manage export documentation for international shipments
- Handle returns and follow up on customer complaints
- Keep customers informed about order status and deliveries through reporting tools
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including customers, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Prepare and distribute reports on order status, deliveries, and critical issues
- Identify potential bottlenecks within processes and contribute to improvement initiatives
- Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with various departments

ProfileRequirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or order management
- Experience in an international environment is a strong asset
- Experience in the shipping industry
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international payment terms is considered an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Team player who thrives in an open and collaborative working environment
- Able to work independently with a hands-on approach
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or any other additional language is a plus.
