We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-growing player in the transport and logistics sector. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient service across Europe.

What will you do?

• As the main contact for Turkish and Bulgarian customers, you make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• You assist customers with their questions and follow up on their requests
• You ensure clear communication and accurate case handling
• You support invoice and payment-related inquiries
• You keep overview and make sure all administration is correct and up to date
• You actively think along about improving processes and efficiency

• You are proactive and can work independently
