For Mobis Parts Europe in Beringen, we are looking for motivated warehouse operators who want to contribute to a modern automation project within the warehouse.

You will start immediately in the fixed night shift and take on a project-based role. During the initial phase, you will actively contribute to the optimization and reorganization of the warehouse. Afterwards, there are opportunities to grow into a position as an order picker and further develop your career within the company.

Your Responsibilities

During your initial phase within the automation project, you will be responsible for:

• Moving goods within the warehouse
• Picking products from racks and storing them in the correct locations
• Working according to the instructions of the automation system
• Checking goods and locations
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse

After this phase, your responsibilities may expand towards more general warehouse tasks, such as:

• Order picking using a handheld scanner (optionally with BT/RT equipment)
• Packing and preparing shipments
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Performing quality checks on goods

Mobis Parts Europe is an international company in the automotive sector. From its distribution center in Beringen, the company distributes original Hyundai and Kia parts throughout Europe.

Mobis Parts Europe currently employs more than 200 people and continues to grow. New employees always start with an extensive training program.

• You have a good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
• Experience as a warehouse worker is an advantage, but not required
• You work accurately and follow instructions carefully
• You are comfortable with physical work
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
• You have a strong focus on safety
• You are motivated and reliable
• You are able to work in the night shift (Sunday to Thursday from 22:00 to 06:00)

Attractive salary package:

• Starting salary: €17.38/hour
• After 7 months: €17.90/hour
• After 16 months: €18.81/hour
• Night shift allowance of 26%
• Meal vouchers of €10 per worked day
