Our client is a multicultural and multilingual support platform. Every day, they ensures that our customers’ broken-down vehicle or lorry gets back on the road as quickly as possible.
Our client is looking for several Customer service profiles for night work and changing shifts.
Frequent direct telephone contact to resolve the incoming breakdowns quickly and efficiently through telephone support.
- Incoming phone calls, e-mails and faxes treating and dispatching:
- Accepting phone calls and responding to the customer’s inquiries and internal and external intervening parties
- Reception & Services; provide technical support; search workshop.
- Keep the customer and all involves updated.
