IT Project Management Officer

As our new IT Project Management Officer, you’ll be at the heart of it all: driving process and methodology, aligning Project Managers and stakeholders, optimizing delivery, and championing operational excellence across our most business-critical IT initiatives.

Your Mission

As a key member of our Transversal IT Services team, you will:

• Lead the governance and performance of a dynamic project portfolio (~25 projects).

• Act as a center of excellence for project methodology, tools, and reporting.

• Partner closely with Business & IT leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement, inspire your peers, and lead by example.

• Mentor and guide a community of Project Managers, boosting delivery capability and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

• A Master’s or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management within complex IT environments.

• Strong command of project governance frameworks (PMP, Prince2, Agile…).

• You speak Dutch or French fluently, and have a professional level of English.

• A sharp analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
