Description
Are you passionate about logistics and operational excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety and efficiency are top priorities? We’re looking for a Specialist site operations to take charge of smooth yard operations, efficient shunting, and continuous process improvement.
Ensure safe yard operations, efficient shunting (yard/dock), continuous process improvement, and accurate administration in collaboration with contractors.
The role operates in a dynamic logistics environment, requiring close coordination between internal teams (Warehouse, Planning, Transport, Supply) and external partners You are responsible for operational efficiency, safety compliance, and process optimization within the yard and dock areas.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams such as Warehouse, Planning, Transport, and Supply to ensure smooth collaboration and continuous process improvement. Externally, you will maintain strong partnerships with logistics providers including K&N, GTS, and other key stakeholders, focusing on operational control and effective KPI management.

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of operational experience
- Technical Knowledge:
- Warehouse and site operations
- Logistics and administrative processes
- You have previous experience with TBP, TPS, 5Cs, FMDS (training provided)
- You are fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience in Project management is a plus
