We are looking for an HR Officer with strong attention to detail and a hand-on mindset for a prestigious international organization in Brussels.

The client's offices are located near Brussels North Station, offering a modern workspace with stunning views of the city. This a challenging position with significant growth potential in a professional and international work environment.
As an HR Officer, you will be part of a small, dynamic HR team consisting of an HR Director and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will provide administrative and organizational support for HR processes while having the opportunity to grow and contribute to strategic HR projects. 

Your Responsibilities: 

• Managing the entire recruitment process, including drafting and improving job descriptions. 
• Posting vacancies through international ATS systems and ensuring a streamlined process. 
• Updating and implementing policies on diversity and inclusion. 
• Becoming involved in performance management, annual reviews, sourcing, and interviews over time.

Profiel kandidaat

Your Profile:

• You have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Officer or HR Assistant, preferably in a process-driven organization or a recognized company in the sector. 
• You are highly detail-oriented and work in a structured manner. Precision is a key requirement. 
• You have an excellent command of the English language. Other languages are a plus but not required. 
• You are eager to learn, ambitious, and have the potential to grow within the organization.
