YOUR FUNCTION:

The Solution Manager Education is responsible for the strategic and tactical foundation of Realdolmen Education Solutions, enabling Realdolmen’s vision about the human aspects of ICT. He is an ambassador for the Education Department and maintains close working relationships with all departments across Realdolmen. He ensures maximum valorisation of Education for Realdolmen by strengthening the entire Realdolmen portfolio.

He is able to translate market needs into a commercial offer, and develop the Learning business to meet evolving customer demands. Together with a team of trainers and change managers, he shapes the organization that can bring these services to market in a high-quality manner, supported by a core team that is responsible for the operational backbone of all Education activities (presales, planning, logistics, evaluations, invoicing, etc.).

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Determines the business strategy and tactics for developing and marketing the wide range of Education solutions, in line with Realdolmen’s vision on the human aspects in IT.
  • Builds the Realdolmen Education Services portfolio
  • Feels our customer’s needs regarding training and change management, both by exploring the market directly and by liaising with the Realdolmen sales organization
  • Maintains relationships and partnerships with strategic vendors, suppliers and educational institutions.
  • Draws up, rolls out and monitors internal and external marketing plans
  • Collaborates with other departments to integrate Education services into our other propositions, creating added value for the entire Realdolmen portfolio.
  • Makes sure there is sufficient delivery capacity within the community of trainers and change managers
  • Draws up an annual business plan, and reports monthly on financial and non-financial KPIs.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a strong affinity with the human side of IT, in terms of development of competences, communication and change management.
  • You have a well-developed commercial feeling, and an good view on the Learning market trends in Belgium
  • You like meeting customers and prospects, compelling them to consider their Learning strategy and helping to shape the deal for Realdolmen
  • You are a facilitator who wants to be part of an autonomous and motivated team.
  • Bridge builder who pursues win-win situations
  • Excellent communication skills (advise, listen, present,…)
  • Trilingual NL/FR/EN
