1.Strategy and Vision.
You implement he HR EMEA vision and strategy to increase associates’ engagement & improve associates’ experience.
You support the HR managers and the business Leaders in building a strategic workforce planning.
2.Organizational development and change management.
You Support the change processes within the organization, through active participation in key projects. You ensure the adequate use of change management practices with support of the People Solutions Team.
3.Talent Management & Coaching
You detect coaching needs on level below iceberg (on mission, identity, values and believes) and do performance coaching / outcome coaching (after a program).
In additon, you empower managers to attract, develop and retain associates by bringing your own expertise as HR professional and by collaborating within the your peers within the HR team.
You partner with the Talent Aquisition team to fill in open roles. Important is that you stimulate internal mobility and sponsor a talent marketplace.
Furthermore, you facilitate Talent Reviews with your business partners (including succession planning).
4.FTE / Budget / HR analytics
You build together with the business an FTE budget with rationales link to Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and Organizational development. You collaborate with the Controlling team during the budget process.
You identify KPI / metrics / trends using HR data analytics (potentially with Business data) to build and share insights with business partners in collaboration with the People Analytics Partner.
5.HR Services, Policies, Processes, Projects, Compliance
You identify the needs / solutions for the Operations team to support in their development / improvement and you lead the implementation and maintenance of all HR Services, Policies, Processes provided by the People Solutions team (L&D, TA, Total Rewards). You collaborate with the People Experience team to make sure the daily HR needs of the Operations team are met.
Ensure the business is compliant on HR matters.
Important is that you manage social and industrial relations with support of the HR Manager.
6.Developing HR teams (if applicable) and Self-development.
You collaborate and coach the HR Partner (junior colleague) who supports the Operators and team team leaders.
You build / optimize / participate to formal and informal networks with internal & external stakeholders to best position Terumo and co-build our employer brand.
You are able to stand-up in absence of the HR Manager.
