  • As a Regional Sales Manager for the Benelux region, you are responsible for building sales for the company’s products, which include Luc Belaire, Bumbu Rum, McQueen and the Violet Fog Gin.
  • You focus your sales activities on different channels, including mass market, wholesalers, retailers, and on-premise (horeca).
  • On mass market level, you work closely together with the local importer team; you negotiate local highlights (displays, end of gondolas, …); you make sure all brands are in good place on the shelf, and you ensure follow-up on the application of national agreements in stores.
  • You visit outlets regularly and you build close relationships with department managers.
  • You work closely together with the key wholesalers in order to build strong relationships; you implement and coordinate special actions on our brands and you ensure staff trainings.
  • You visit retailers regularly; you organize tastings and develop listings, and you maximize visibility and sales on site.
  • On on-premise (horeca) level you increase visibility and brand awareness in key accounts, and you build strong relationships with bartenders, waiters and everyone involved.
  • You report to the Senior Regional Sales Manager based in France as well as to management based in the USA.

Profiel kandidaat

  • You have 3 to 5 years of sales experience in retail or wholesale, preferably in the wine and spirits industry, or a related lifestyle product.
  • You have a passion for the customer, quality, and building lifestyle brands in various channels.
  • You possess sound communication and negotiation skills.
  • You like business development, and you have enough drive and assertiveness to get a foot between the door in order to further develop the market.
  • You have strong French, Dutch and English language skills.
  • You act in an autonomous way, and you are capable of ‘self-management’ as this is a fully remote position, based in Belgium, with reporting lines to France and USA.
